Live TD Training

Cancellation & Refund Policy​

All enrollment is final. No refunds will be issued once payment is received.

In the unlikely event that Live TD Training must cancel or reschedule the program, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Live TD Training reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the learning environment. In such cases, any refund of unused sessions will be issued solely at the discretion of Live TD Training.

Code of Conduct​

Live TD Training is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and focused learning environment.

​

Participants are expected to:

​

• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow attendees

• Maintain professional behavior at all times

• Refrain from disruptive, inappropriate, or harassing conduct

• Comply with all venue policies and guidelines

 

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from the program without refund.

Recording & Confidentiality Policy​

Live TD Training is delivered in a live, confidential, small-group setting.

To protect participant privacy, proprietary instructional materials, and venue requirements, audio recording, video recording, photography, screen capture, or reproduction of any portion of the session is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Live TD Training.

Participants agree not to duplicate, distribute, publish, share, or commercially exploit any training materials, frameworks, templates, or content provided during the program.

​

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

​

Payment Terms​

Full payment is required to secure enrollment in the program.

​

If a payment plan is offered, all payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in forfeiture of enrollment without refund.

Enrollment is non-transferable without prior written approval.

​

Program Changes​

Live TD Training reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to program content, instructors, schedule timing, or venue location as necessary.

​

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to reschedule sessions. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
